What we collect, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you place an order or send us a message, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and (if you provide it) email address. This is used only to process your order, arrange delivery, and respond to your questions — never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Payment information

Payment is handled entirely through UPI. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank account, or card details — you pay directly through your own UPI app, and we only record the transaction reference you submit to verify payment.

How we communicate with you

We use your phone number to send order and delivery updates over WhatsApp. If you contacted us through the website form, we may also use the email you provided to reply.

Cookies and tracking

This site stores your shopping cart locally in your browser (not on our servers) so it's there when you come back. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Your data

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by reaching out through the contact form.
